Odoo ERP

Fix the foundation
before you automate it.

Implementation, development, and rescue — led by an ex-Odoo consultant. We make Odoo the single source of truth your operations can actually run on.

The symptoms

You don't need ERP because it's trendy. You need it because the chaos is expensive.

Most businesses arrive at Odoo after one of these has been slowly costing them for a year or two.

Six systems, one business

Sales is in one tool, finance in another, inventory in a third. Reconciliation is a Monday-morning ritual.

Spreadsheets run the critical paths

The "source of truth" is a shared XLSX nobody is allowed to edit — and everyone edits anyway.

Reports arrive too late to act on

Last month's numbers land two weeks into this month. Decisions get made on gut feel because the data is slow.

Growth breaks the ops stack

Processes that worked at five people buckle at twenty. Headcount grows faster than output.

What we do

Three engagement shapes.

Most clients enter through one of these and expand from there.

01 — Implementation

From spreadsheets and disconnected tools to Odoo, done right the first time.

A first Odoo rollout is where most ERP projects go wrong — bad module choices, half-configured workflows, a data migration that never completes, training that never lands. We lead the engagement end-to-end so your team lives in one system on go-live day.

What's in scope

  • Discovery across your actual workflows, not a generic checklist
  • Module selection with an honest opinion on what you don't need
  • Configuration of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM by default
  • Data migration with a sandbox, reconciliation, and a reversible cutover
  • User training and go-live support, plus a documented runbook

How we work

  • Typical timeline: 8–14 weeks depending on scope
  • Fixed-scope pricing, no hourly billing games
  • Led by an ex-Odoo consultant, not handed to juniors
02 — Development

Custom modules and integrations when Odoo out-of-the-box doesn't fit.

Odoo covers 80% of most businesses out of the box. The remaining 20% is where your operation is actually different from everyone else's — and where custom development earns its keep. We build modules and integrations that ship, not prototypes you can't maintain.

What's in scope

  • Custom modules tailored to a specific process your business runs
  • Integrations with CRMs, payment gateways, logistics providers, banks, and internal systems
  • Automations, server actions, and scheduled jobs that remove manual work
  • Reports and dashboards that match how you actually look at the business
  • Upgrade-safe code so you're not trapped on an old Odoo version

How we work

  • Odoo 16, 17, and 18 — community and enterprise
  • Python, PostgreSQL, OWL, XML views — the full Odoo stack
  • Code handed over cleanly with documentation your team can read
03 — Rescue

Stalled, broken, or half-implemented? We unstick it.

Every year more Odoo projects get abandoned than successfully launched — usually because the original partner over-promised, the scope was never pinned down, or the team ran out of budget before go-live. Rescue engagements are a different skill from greenfield work.

What's in scope

  • Full audit of what was configured, what was broken, and what's salvageable
  • Priority fixes to unblock the team using the system today
  • A realistic path to go-live or stabilisation — no rebuild unless genuinely needed
  • Clean handover of knowledge so you're not held hostage by the previous partner
  • Honest second opinion if the real answer is to restart

How we work

  • Typical first-pass audit: 1–2 weeks
  • We tell you what the previous partner did well, not just what went wrong
  • No finger-pointing, just the shortest path to a working system
What makes us different

No commission games. No junior handoffs.

Fixed-scope over hourly billing

You get a defined deliverable, timeline, and price before we start. No invoicing by the minute.

No lock-in, ever

Your codebase, your data, your documentation. If we stop working together, nothing is held hostage.

Honest module choices

We'll tell you which Odoo modules are worth turning on and which are bloat. Most partners just turn them all on.

Answers

Frequently asked.

How much does an Odoo implementation cost?+

A typical SME implementation runs in the high five figures to low six figures depending on modules, data migration complexity, and customisation. We scope with a fixed price before you commit, so there are no surprises mid-project.

Odoo Community or Enterprise?+

Depends on your size, required modules, and whether you need studio, accounting-tier features, or official support. We'll recommend honestly — many businesses don't need Enterprise, and many do. We won't push you either way for licensing commission.

Can you migrate us off NetSuite, SAP B1, Zoho, QuickBooks, or custom systems?+

Yes. Most of our implementations replace an existing mix of tools. We handle extraction, transformation, and load into Odoo with a sandbox environment for reconciliation before cutover.

Do you support us after go-live?+

Yes. We offer a managed support arrangement for post-launch changes, upgrades, and issue resolution. Or we can hand everything over and stay available on-demand.

What's your track record with rescue projects?+

Most rescue engagements we take on can be stabilised without a full rebuild. Occasionally the right answer is to restart — and we'll tell you plainly if that's the case rather than milking a lost cause.

Can you also add AI on top of Odoo?+

Yes. Once your data lives in one system, AI becomes significantly more useful — ERP data is some of the highest-value input a custom assistant or agent can have. That's a natural next engagement.

Implementation, development, or rescue — tell us where you are.

We'll take a look at your situation, tell you what we'd do, and give you a fixed scope and price before you commit.
